Some items come complete with standard manufacturers' warranty*. We make sure that any faults or damage are fully described and also photographed in each product listing, please make sure you are aware of this before purchasing.
All prices include delivery, we cannot accept any returns for clearance items under any circumstances.
Discontinued Lines (DL)* - A+ Grade (AG)* An item is in a brand new working condition, the packaging has no damage. The item fully functions and all its accessories are complete. These items come with standard manufacturers' warranty.
Open Box (OB)* - Damaged Packaging (DP)* An item is in perfect working condition, the packaging is incorrect or may bear some damage. The item fully functions and all its accessories are complete. These items come with standard manufacturers' warranty.
Ex Display (ED)* - Customer Returns (CR)* An item is in very good condition but have seen limited use or have been handled, the packaging may bear some damage. The item fully functions and all its essential accessories are complete.
Not Quite Perfect (NQP)* - B Grade (BG)* An item is in good condition but may show signs of slight imperfections or wear from light use or fitting, the packaging may bear some damage. The item fully functions and all its essential accessories are complete.
While we are confident that all our Vibrance Colour Collection items match each other 100% in real life, unfortunately colours visually on screen and in brochures can sometimes look slightly different to the real-life product due to end user Screen Technology.
Because of this we have a list of full RAL, Hex and RGB colour matching codes bellow.
